Plex Pass user cannot use Sonos option in cast menu

I was attempting to use the "cast to sonos’’ option in the android app but that option shows as “upgrade to a plex pass to cast to your sonos”. I have paid for my plex pass and I have met the requirements such as remote access etc. Why, cannot I use this option? Nothing happens when I select that option in the drop down cast list.
