I am trying to decide if I need the Plex Pass vs. just purchasing the apps on my devices. Can any one provide feedback.
I am looking to view my content on my iPhone and iPad remotely when I am away from my home. I know I can already do this on my laptop when away.
Is getting the Plex Pass worth it or should I just purchase the $5.00 app for each device. What are the benefits to having Plex Pass?

Quick question: Just purchased plex pass.
I was able to download from my plex server to my smartphone via wi-fi
My question is this: If I am at work and not in my lan can I still sync and download from my plex server or does it only do that over wi fi?

You can do that if your remote access is up/working.
Still getting will sync when connected to your wi fi. and it does, but if I try by disconnecting wi fi I still get that error.
So, can plex download from remote server NOT under that Lan’s wi fi?
Have you enabled Plex to sync/download while using mobile data?
Settings > Downloads > Use Cellular Data
