Hello I just bought a plex pass today and I was try to download offline video but it said that I need a owner in order to do it
is there some one could help me thanks
Is this your own personal server, or a friends server you’re trying to download from?
Well this original is was mine but I bought plex pass for me and but then I was shared server with my friend and yea
But I have a server for myself
you can download/sync from your own server.
but from your friend server, they control their own server, so they must enable you to sync.
and the same for you, on your server, you must enable your friend to sync from yours, if you want to.
Plex Web > settings > users > click the user > enable sync
your friend must enable your user, if you want to sync from his server.
