Does anyone know if you’re able to upload your own documents to Plex like PDF?
No you can’t upload documents to Plex. Plex is a a media server not a personal cloud. I suggest you try nextcloud for that.
There is a Feature Suggestion that you can upvote, though. Maybe it will be added eventually.
