Not sure if this is the right area to post, but here goes.
I used my Plex Pass WD 20% perk earlier last year and bought 4 drives. According to the terms, the coupon is good for 5 uses until June '19.
I tried to buy another drive today and it says invalid promo code. I think I am within the terms, even if you count each drive as a ‘use’ and not each time you checkout.
Anyone know how to get another code or fix the current one?

I don’t see anything about the 5 uses, but I do see:
“Code may only be redeemed once. The coupon code may not be combined, used in conjunction with or used in addition to any other promotion or offer. Limit one coupon code per household.”
This is what the Promo terms and conditions are.
Oops, I was looking at the EU one. I would image it was just an omission in the wording, but from what I’ve seen in the past, codes are only available once. They do sometimes have a limit on the number of items it can be used on at the time, but it can’t be re-used like in your situation to buy some then more later on.
Edit - We don’t have a way to generate another code.
Bummer. I am not going to freak out about this, but the T&C phrasing seems pretty explicit in this regard (unlike the EU version apparently). It should technically work. Oh well… off to another store. Thanks for the quick reply!

Do you mean “now”? Are you sure you are using the code for the correct region? US codes do not work in the EU store and vice versa. If you are still seeing it say it’s expired, please PM me the code so I can check.
I’m seeing the same thing with that code. Let me see what’s going on. I generated a code for myself and it worked fine.
Did you use that code before? As mentioned above, the code can only be used for 1 transaction, but can be used on 5 products.
I might have… that’s possible since I buy a lot from WD and it was issued last October, Didn’t think it was a one time offer… thought you could use it up to five times since it applies the code to the total order not individual items…
Guess I’ll have to wait for another one…
Yeah, that’s the same thing the OP thought.
Would be nice if it could be marked this as “A One Time Use”…

Aw man, that bites! I thought the same thing when I read the details and was planning to buy more drives this spring when I had a little more $$ available. I should’ve maxed out my order.
