I just replaced my old router with a pfsense router. Everything is working fine for the most part, except for the remote connection. Remote access is configured with port forwarding. I am able to connect to it from outside my network but never in the first try. The app/client will load with plex’s movies and tv’s on plex (as if I’m disconnect from my server) rather than my own media. After a little while (10-20 seconds) my server will load. If I am streaming something remotely, the connection will close after a while leaving me stranded.
I have put the following in my dns resolver.

private-domain: “plex.direct”
I’m not sure if there is some other settings I need to change.
