Not seeing contents of my Plex library when remote

Server Version#: Version 1.31.3.6868
Player Version#:9.19.1.525

I am attempting to view videos from my plex server on the Plex app on my Andorid Phone. I have remote access enabled and verified the ports are open on my router. On the plex app on my phone. under the library The message displayed is No items to display. I have verified the videos show up on Plex Media Server.

I uninstalled plex on my phone and restarted the phone. I could have also had a login issue.i was using goggle login then loggedbin with my plex pass login and it aeems to be working.
