Plex photos app doesn't find library

When opening the app in different Android devices, the app just shows blank. No signal from my library, while plex amp shows the music perfectly.
Is there any special setup that I am missing?

Open Plex/Web on your PC or Laptop and go to Plex Settings > Server > Manage > Libraries > Photos > Manage Recommendations and set them similar to those below:

Make sure you at least have Recently Added enabled under Home.

It may also help if you go to Plex Settings > Authorised Devices > Android and remove any entries for your Android devices, then set up Plex on your Android devices again, this time with the Photo library enabled on the Home Page as per above.

Thank you for answer it so promptly.
I am facing some issues though.
The system don’t really let me keep the settings. Whenever I refresh the site or click somewhere else, the check just vanishes. Other libraries work.
Seems very strange.

Got to get it working in another browser. Still no changes, though.

That is very strange. Try updating/reinstalling Plex on your NAS and then try again by opening Plex/Web using http://NAS-IP-ADDRESS:32400 before making the changes in settings.

Also, you may need to pin the Photos library to the Plex/Web Home page in your PC Browser.
