Plex Server running on a NAS with user plex.

Both the clients are unable to show photos libraries, it says “NO LIBRARIES”

not sure what is going on, i can see it on the plex server when i login via desktop browser.

is there any setting that I need to update?

Does this happen when using cellular data or also when using Wi-Fi?

Maybe it’s a matter of granting the app permissions to use cellular data or access the LAN? I had a similar issue with an iOS app – it didn’t have permission to access the LAN.

No the client is on the same wifi network, did not try on mobile data as remote option is disabled
