Newbie here, can anyone tell me how i can pin my plex on smart tv without having to give out my username and password to family and friends

She needs to setup her own plex account and then you can add here as a friend and select which libraries you wish to share.

Plex Home supports managed users with Pin but I think this only works locally.
@Bubblegumsumo What @umiq88 mentioned is the way to do it without giving her your username/password.
