Yesterday I paid a Lifetime Plex Pass, but the play experience is so terrible. the bandwidth less than 720kbps, and I play 1 second need wait more than 10 minutes. the cpu and memory less than 30%.
I also has a emby docker, the emby just free, i`m not pay to get membership. But it play the same video smoothly in 1080P. because i am not pay, the cpu nearly 99%.
My device is synology 920+. i try many different type video, the result is same.
about 3 months ago,i am just a plex free user, i remeber the plex is play smoothly. afterwards i reinstall the nas os, and recently i install the plex docker and paid a plex pass,then it cant normal play video.
I don’t know where the shoe pinches, and how can I solve it. please help me,thanks.
