Plex Player 1.70.2.3845 for Windows Won't Find Server

Player Version#: 1.70.2.3845

The Plex player for Windows simply has the mouse wheel going round and round. I can access the server via the web link (using the IP address) no problem. The server is on a Synology NAS box connected to my local network. I have access to the media folders via a drive map (\MediaServer.…) and I can see all folders and files. I’ve attached the player log file. It appears to constantly looking for the server on the Loopback IP [127.0.0.1] for some reason and not on the network [192.168.1.x]?
