Plex Windows App, any browser, or ios app, or andriod, does not find server

I have Plex installed on a Synology NAS, and latest update installed. Plex Windows app, plex via browser, ios app, android app (firestick), nothing seems to find/connect to my Plex Server on Synology. Please help?

Logs are below…for Synology and Windows…

Windows Log…
Plex Media Server.zip (859.2 KB)

Synology Log…
Logs.zip (3.5 MB)

The app logs you provided seem to be the nanoserver logs built in the app. not the logs from the app itself.

Honestly, I don’t know what the hell is wrong. I’m attaching the .txt of the debug log from the app. Does this help?

App Debug Logs.txt (68.4 KB)

can you get the log file described in the article. It should just be called plex.log. There are multiple in sequence. plex.log, plex.1.log, plex.2.log The one without a number is the newest one.

Does this work?..

Plex.log (74.7 KB)

What is the local IP of your computer you are running the Windows app on? 192.168.0.?

I don’t see anything obviously wrong in the logs. The players being on different subnets or there is some firewall on the Synology blocking ports would not show up though is why i am asking about the local IP of computer

Could all this be because I do not have a static IP address setup on my NAS? Therefore, since I’ve been away for 2 weeks now away from my local LAN, the IP was changed? I’m new to all this. I do not have a static IP address or DDNS setup yet.
