Plex player 5.4.3 on samsung tizen subtitles stops after a short while

When ever i watch something on my Samsung 2017 tv, the subtitles stop working after a short while. I can get them to play again by pause the movie, click them off, press play, then stop the movie again and put them back on, but they usaly dissapear after a short while again.
this is tested on plex 5.4.3 platformversion 2.4

If i use 5.1.0 platformversion 2,4 there are no problems with subtitles.

I tried to upgrade the plex server a few times to, but it did not solve the isue. If i watch something from chrome through plex there is no problems aswell.

awesome support from plex here… mabye its time to move on, time and time again they break functions that works fine, and then never fix it.
