Plex for 2022 Samsung TV Subtitle Drop

Good day to everyone. Here’s an issue now confusing me. I have Samsung Q70B 2022 and installed the latest Plex client. Everything is good, but the subtitles always drop when I start playback after a pause or continue to play—every time I have to play from the start of the media can temporary solve this issue.

I tried figuring it out. After attempting to choose media of different video quality (FHD, UHD/HDR SDR/10bit, 8bit), audio types (TrueHD, DTS, EAC3, AC3) and subtitles types (SRT, PGS —no ASS or SSA because my server DS720+ not strong enough to transcode). Here’s a result:

Video: Nothing helps in any types
Audio: SOMETIMES audio in AC3 can prevent the subs from disappear
Subs: Whatever in SRT or PGS, still drops after ‘continue to play’

All subs are embedded in the media and all are good for playback on other Plex platforms (Android iOS Windows macOS). However, I noticed that my Tizen version is 6.5 2022 but release notes show that Tizen 6.0 2021 as the newest version. So I want to know if there is any solution to fix this bug or if the Plex team could help with the next update. Really appreciate it.
