Plex player crashes when pressing Up Arrow

When I press the up arrow on my remote (brings up the navigation bar, easy way to see how much time is left) my app frequently crashes. This does not happen all the time (certain file types?) and tends to happen towards the end of an episode I’m watching. It rarely (if ever?) happens during a movie.

In this recreate, it happened around 8:45 PM last night. I see the line
“Preparing for Black Mirror - S7 • E6” at 04-13 20:44:32.954, so I’m guessing this is when I started again after the crash.

Any help in debugging my issue is appreciated. I am attaching the logs from my player (Nvidia Shield) Should I be looking at the server logs as well?

Is this the right place for support, or is there a better alternative?

This is the right place.

That is the now the legacy app, until the Plex Experience is released for Shield you are not likely to see any enthusiasm for looking into the old app.

Try a reboot, the app liked to crash when is was low on memory.
