Plex Player hardware decoding is not working

Graphics card: GTX 970 newest drivers
Windows 10
Local server, direct streaming

As the title says I can’t get hardware decoding to work at all, I have it turned on in the settings but it just doesn’t do anything and resorts to software decoding which is creating a lot of studder and lagg when I’m watching 4k hevc movies.
I have tried to use the new app, same problem it refuses to hardware decode.

The card is hooked up to my tv. I have tested that my card can actually do decoding… steam game streaming works just fine with hw decoding. I have also tried to switch it to copy-back but that didn’t work either.

Solved… changed the GPU to another and now it runs fine for whatever reason.
