Hi all,
So, I have an Amazon Echo. It does great things including, “Alex, ask Plex to play …” or should I say, no, it doesn’t work.
In order for this function to work, I have to sign out of the app, go to Plex.tv/link, link the app and then all of a sudden it works. Force stop etc does not work, I have to completely sign out.
Then after a short period of time, “im Sorry, your plex player is not online” This is frustrating because it is online. If I use my phone I can cast to these devices so why can’t Alexa see them?
It really is one of the main purposes of having this device, other then controlling lights etc.
Anyone else having the same issue?
