Plex player nvidia shield cannot reorder library in main screen

Hi,please help

cannot reorder libraries in left list in main screen (pinned items) .Player is the Plex player (android tv)

when i choose the three points and i choose reorder, the up and down do nothing ,the item not move in the list. in previous versions it worked (last month or so)
