The Plex Media Server is running on TrueNAS Scale Electric Eel 24.10.0.2. All is fine on Clients/Players on computers.
On the Nvidia Shield Pro I have the current Plex app installed. It connects correctly to the PMS running on the TrueNAS box. All of the current libraries are present and are listed in alphabetical order. I would like to rearrange them to match what I have on my computers (Most viewed libraries on top).
Is there a way to do this that I’m just missing?
Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, that information doesn’t solve the problem. Why?
There is/was no “More” option at the bottom of the library listing on the left hand side.
I had to Reset All Customization from my Profile Settings. Then I was able to select which Libraries would be pinned on the left side of the screen. BUT…
Once I selected them there is no way to move them around. It puts them in alphabetical order and that’s it.
Are you by chance already in the More section?
What model / version of Nvidia Shield Pro do you have and what version of the Plex player app is running on it?
My own TV w/ Android is a bit dated.
The app is showing the More section near the bottom of the regular sidebar. In addition, there’s a ︙ context menu next to each library entries with options to unpin that library or to re-order all.
