Plex player problem on smart tv samsung

I Have a problem with my two tv client. some films do not work anymore without any reason. they was working a couple of weeks before but now, when i start one of those movies, it take lot of time of buffering and finaly it stating an image pixelated and chash somes seconds after. Also thoses films are working fine on my Android phone and my Ipad. Can you help me.

Hi, I do experience same issue but on LG smart TV. It was fine until I upgraded to new version of PLEX…So what I did, I downgraded again, and I was able to play the movies no issue. But I would like to know if anyone else have that problem. thank you

how do you downgrade to a previous version?

Sorry for such late reply.
You can only downgrade the app on your server, not on TV. I am still having the issue where the CODEC does not work as it should with PLEX version higher above 1.1.7 not sure why’s that. I do not even know, who to contact. Since there is virtually no support. :-/
