I played around with it a little bit last night with my HET server and OVH server, they performed pretty similarly. In plex for AppleTV and Shield (including Kodi with plex plugin on shield and MrMc on Shield) according to glances on my servers it would cap out almost perfectly at 50Mbps. It is almost think the shield experience 7.2.2 has some bug related to pings above certain threshold capping download speed. The plex apps are whatever, and this may lead me to believe there is no actual issue with plex app on shield but with 7.2.2 network drivers. Because emby had same issue for me on shield with both servers…So this sort of leaves me with the conclusion that plex app on appletv = borked, shield network drivers 7.2.2 borked. Everything else not borked. I get instant loads from both servers 100Mbps files on PMP windows.
