The last couple of days all clients I’ve tested on all machines I’ve tested them on has repeatedly been crashing.
On my Manjaro Workstation I’ve happily been running the old (unsupported I guess) Plex media Player up until a few days ago when it suddenly started having segmentation faults. I then upgraded to the new supported plex-desktop but that behaved in the same way.
I decided to install the plex-desktop client on my fresh installed WIndows 11 Home gaming laptop and got the latest and greatest directly from plex.tv and it has had the same issues from the first startup.
Most of the time I can start up the player but as soon as I try to un-minimize the player-bar and start the media it crashes. Sometimes the player crashes and can’t be interacted with but the actual playback continues as if behind a white film.
Has anyone else been seeing these issues?
