Plex plays wrong language or no audio

I don’t have any video examples for the other issue, but in the other case it is simply impossible to read the videos in French. only english is working it does the same thing on my another freshly installed server

it does the same thing on files that I have for several years!

there are 8 people who have access to my plex who complain to me every day

I have two servers to be able to do maintenance in peace lol, it does that on both

Did you try to remux the file incase the encoding is messed up? Or try them in another player.

as I said, it also does that on files that worked before! some people with children always listen to the same movies every day and suddenly they have problems :stuck_out_tongue:

90% of all players on my server are on android! and yes, it works on any other platform without problem

it’s a mega waste of time
and resource to remux files for an update that causes this problem lol

I believe you. The Android client has some funny problems. If you can reproduce the issue and then post debug logs hopefully Plex will look at them.
