Hello, have Plex Version 1.23.5.4841 installed, so up to date. I noticed that right after the last update, my Pre-rolls are no longer functioning, whereas was working fine prior to upgrade. Has there been a change to this?

Just noticed this as well. Pre rolls no longer working after latest update.

Hi im having the same problem just updated to the latest version on my Synology Nas and now my pre roll no longer plays.
Does anyone know how to roll back on the synology to the older version?

Looks like since we are all having the same issue - is there a bug reporting function that Plex has so it is seen by the developers?

Same issue here.
Use to be they would play automatically for everyone but now you have to manually set them on each and every account for “Player> cinema trailers to play> 1.” That’s how I got it to work on my end recently and others but that involves telling everyone to go to settings and change it and that’s a pain in the ass. Wish it was still the old way where it was automatic.
Have already tried the Player settings to Cinema Trailers - still happens unfortunately. That setting was already in place prior to the last two updates. After the last two updates, pre-rolls simply wont play at all.

Whew, I’m glad I’m not the only one. This issue has been driving me crazy the last few days! I haven’t touched any settings, and I’m wondering why the pre-rolls on my server aren’t playing. I hope Plex fixes it soon.
