Plex premium music agent missing in 1.3.0?

Hi,
Since my music library no longer downloads album art since 1.3.0 (or better refuses to match) I started to look around for reasons.

I’ve noticed that server>agent does no longer show the premium music agent for 1.3.0. the server before had that agent for artists and albums.
Is this agent supposed to go away or is there any place I can check why it is not loading / displayed / working?

Sadly a known issue, and Plex is working on it
