The PS4 app 2.3.10 has worked GR8 from day 1...ever since updating PLEX to 2.3.8 the app no longer works? Server version is 0.9.11.7. I am in the USA and downloaded the app from a European account I set up. Whats the deal? How to fix this?
OK. So I made sure I was signed in to the server and I get this message:
"Signed in to Plex
You have successfully signed your server in to Plex, but we were unable to reach it from outside your network.
If you would like to enable this now, you will need to configure your router or firewall to allow Plex to contact your server. Please refer to our Connecting a Server article for more information."
I've NEVER had to configure my router before to watch PLEX on my PS4? I used to watch it thru the PS4 browser until I got the app...which worked just fine until the PLEX update? Why do I have to configure my router all of a sudden? PLEX still works if I watch it in the browser?
