Plex PVR for Kodi

Player Version#:3.0.0.24

I wish someone would build a Plex PVR for Kodi!
It seems as does not want windows to be used as a frontend player because the plex media player 3.0.0.24 does not have guide in it. so if we had a Plex PVR for kodi we could use Kodi as frontend for the plex server.
