Kodi addon for plex

I know about the plex plugin for kodi. What I need is the reverse: a kodi plugin for plex.

I want to watch a movie on my tv that is on my local computer. It’s not possible with plex because it cannot transcode h.265, but kodi can. Therefore, I would need to get this forwarded to plex somehow, and why not with a plugin?
