For some reason, in both my TV and Movies libraries, Plex has performed some sort of action on hundreds of media items and they are now in the Recently Added list! I can confirm that I have done nothing to them. The video file timestamps have not changed.
Interestingly, the media is not being marked as Recently Added in one go - every 20 minutes (precisely) a selection of movies, or a season of a TV show is marked as Recently Added. The last batch was about 15 movies, before that was one season of a show, before that was 3 movies, then like 3 seasons of a show, then 1 season, then another 1 season (all different shows btw) and it just goes on…
I remember I used to have the Subzero plugin on Plex, and I believe I still do, so is it possible it’s doing some scheduled task? Why today? This hasn’t happened before, and I’ve had my Plex server for like a year. I don’t know if I can blame it.
I’ve attached a log of one movie that was a part of the re-added list. Can we figure out from this what caused it?
