I record all OTA NFL games via a Silicon Dust . On 10/13 I watched first 1/2 of Sunday night football and rewinded and FF several times due to interuptions and finally decided to watch today 10/14. I woke up early and could not find the game in records and also could only see 2 games recorded for the whole season so I went to server and found the seasons recording all in the trash. Notably the game I watched last night was not in the trash.
I checked the recording and it was set to keep.
I can’t proce it was a recording but I did stop watching the game for long enough to watch a movie and return to finish start the play again and then pause it. Seems like it was getting record to return after 2 hours
I did find that there was an update to Version 1.41.0.8994 which I have applied. I did not nore the previous version but I install the updates within a few days typically and week at most.
I am the only person with access to the server and the files were NOT deleted from there.
I don’t see where the option is to upload the log file. Please tell me where to look. I have it saved
