DVR Schedule shows 'Recorded' but can't find it or play it back, only some shows

If you still have any episodes in your library go to the Show and edit the advanced options. Make sure the delete options are set to never.

Thanks, but… There are no shows in library, and “never” was already set. Is there a log file to see what’s going on?

Figured it out, I manually created the directory in the Media folder and it now works, but I assume there is a bug that prevented the server from creating the directory.

maybe check the filesize, in some cases my recordings only have 10sec. or less than 1MB.

There was a bug in date handling affecting users who have a deletion policy for recordings

A fix was released today in Plex Media Server Beta 1.26.1.5798

There were also other date handling fixes so it is advisable to run a manual EPG Refresh through DVR Settings after updating to this version
