Plex Relay not working

Plex App Version 6.6

I am not able to stream video or audio from my Plex server at home over 4G at present. Nothing is working.

The iOS App appears to show all of my Plex content but nothing is playing.

I have Remote Access enabled (without ports forwarded), ipV6 is disable, and the server is connected to the internet.

Plex Relay was working fine 4 days or so ago and I don’t understand why it has suddenly stopped.

Any help is really appreciated, cheers :slight_smile:

Make sure that ‘Secure Connections’ is not set to ‘Disabled’ under Settings - Server - Network

Thanks for the reply.

This is set to “Required”.

Although it wasn’t an issue a few days ago, my router (ASUS RT-AX88U WRT-Merlin) is connected to a VPN provider. It maybe causing some issues, I guess.
