Trouble Enabling Plex Relay - QNAP

Hi,

I’m trying to get Plex Relay to work on with my Plex server on my QNAP NAS (QTS 4.4.1.1146 - TS-253Be).

Plex Media Server 4.8.4

I have followed the advice on this webpage
Plex Relay and I have enabled “Remote Access” (Settings > Server > Remote Access). And I followed all other suggestions. I do not have Port Forwarding enabled, nor UPnP.

And I tested Plex Relay on my iPhone 11 Pro using LTE connection and I’m not seeing my home Plex catalog available. The App is signed in and cellular data is enable in settings of the Plex iOS App.

Any help or suggestions for what else I can do would be very appreciated.
