Plex remote access is dropped

Hello good afternoon, I have a QNAP TS-431P NAS, my internet provider’s router is UPnP and I don’t know why Plex remote access is dropped. Any advice? and if access is activated outside my network it is not stable, it only lasts a day or a couple of hours
