Difficult to say without initially having a look at some server logs to see what is going on and if there is some networking issue. May be it is your ISP internet connection.
I do see you are using public port 32400 which means you must be using a port forward in your router rather than the automatic uPnP configuration. A port forward has been seen to be more reliable and this is what you have. So you already have a port forward for 32400 to be forwarded to 192.168.1.67 and I presume you have made that IP to be a DHCP Reservation in the router. Also make sure you have Port Forwarding and not Port Triggering for the 32400 forward to 192.167.1.67
Is the server on a desktop or laptop? I have seen cases where the network adapter on the PC goes down every few minutes but that was seen on laptops and either driver issue or some power saving option on the network card.
So you could look into the properties for the network interface and make sure there are no enabled options for power saving
If there is no issue found with the network settings on the card, and problems persist, get the logs.
To look at logs, make sure debug logging enabled on the server settings and restart the server and then when the remote access goes down, collect the logs
