PLEX remote playback 4K freezes

Hello, why is my external network remote client very stuck when playing 4K video.
How do I need to set it up?
The upstream bandwidth is 60 Mb/s, the plexpass is not purchased, and the slice source is the size: 54GB, 57.3M

BPS, MKV. Video: 3840x2160, 23.976fps, 54.1mbps, hevc5.1 main10.
Do I need to purchase a plexpass for hardware decoding so that the remote client can play smoothly? Or is it caused by insufficient upload bandwidth?

In this case it’s most likely caused by the upload bandwidth. The file has an average bitrate of ~54 Mbps but the max. bitrate can easily be 50-75% higher. Because of that, Plex will attempt to transcode your file. If it’s not powerful enough to transcode in real-time, you’ll experience a lot of buffering.

HW accelerated transcoding might help in some cases but your root cause seems to be the limited internet upload speed.
