When watching Plex on my roku device and I try to use the arrow buttons to scroll , the selection always jumps 3 items down or left /right. I can’t select the Next item to watch or play. Only happens on the Plex app. I’ve got Max, Prime and Disney on the same roku and they scroll correctly.
I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the Plex app on that roku device and changing the batteries but it still scrolls by 3 left right or up/down.
That was happening to me the other day on my Roku Premiere. Restarting the device solved it. We are keeping an eye on this to try to figure out what is causing it for some.
All of my Roku devices are doing that with Plex. When you mention restarting the device, do you mean simply unplugging it, then plug it in or is there a software program for it? Thanks, in advance. Im new here…
I used the System Restart in the system menu of the Roku itself. but I imagine unplugging it and back it would do the same.
