A recent update left my URC and Roku remote controls unusable. Each click skips multiple steps so that I cannot control where the cursor lands. Plex is the only app on my Roku player that is affected…please help. I cannot use PLEX at all on my home theater
Boy is my face red…turn it off…turn it back on again…Roku reboot fixed it…still concerned about missing screensaver though
Same here. Can’t use Plex on my TCL Roku tv this past week. That is unless the cursor happens to land on something I want to watch. Changed batteries, off/on, gave it some time, still no improvement.
NEW…try unplugging the tv for a couple of minutes. I just did this per another reco and it fixed the problem!!
