With the latest stable PMS release Plex removed “deprecated TVDB ratings”. Did I miss some news or since when is TVDB deprecated?
TheTVDB removed the ratings.
Try to find them on their site.
Oh boy 
This explains why newly added TV shows showed TMDB ratings even though I have TheTVDB ratings selected.
Finally I can unleash my anger onto someone other than Plex
