Plex removing OTA channels because not on Guide

Hi, I am running Plex on unRAID and I have an HD HomeRun Quatro.

I pick up 60 channels and a few of those channels do not show up on the Guide and Plex is disabling these, not allowing me to view them! Plex, can you PLEASE fix this and allow me to view them?
