Plex reset everything on restart

Plex reset everything and i am unable to connect to my server after restarting the PC (win10)
Just paid for this ■■■■ but regretting it now and i might get a refund tbh.
Spent hours trying to fix my problems.
This product is not good

I want to run into a wall or jump of a cliff

Since you are using Windows, did you possible sign into Windows under a different Windows user? PMS is installed under a specific Windows user. If you sign in with another user, it will be a totally different server.
