Server Version#: 1.31.3.6868 Player Version#: 7.3.2.8429 After this most recent update, when I FF (Fast Forward) through any video, the audio is VERY out of sync when I resume playback. This was true for the Preview as well and reported on it (I can no longer find that post) but it’s the same pro…

Same issue here, started maybe a week or two ago. Server version - 1.32.4.7195 Client hardware - TCL Roku TV Client version - App version 7.3 build 2 Let me know if can grab any other info.

I’ve been having the same problem.

I’m happy to upload logs, but somewhere maybe more secure. This is happening a lot now and it’s becoming very annoying

Is there somewhere secure I can upload the logs. It’s easy to recreate and I can upload server and Roku logs.

Here are the logs from immediately after using Intro Skip and having the audio terribly out of sync. Roku Audio Sync after skip.txt (191.8 KB) the show and episode where the problem occurred was, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds s02e03 Here is a second log that I downloaded after having the audio sy…

Would it help if I keep uploading logs from my Roku or are the two I already uploaded helpful enought to recify this bug?

No, I personally dont believe it’s tied to just one device. I have three Roku TV’s by three separate manufacturers, one Roku Ultra, two different models of the streaming sticks, one stream bar pro and this is a Plex for Roku app issue. No other streaming services have the issue of out of sync audio…
