I have been using plex DVR almost since it has been released and all of a sudden on one particular show it saves 2 copies of the recording. In the pictures that I am attaching it will show that only 2 tuners are being used with 3 shows being recorded 1 show twice and no post processing script.
I have tried to deleting the scheduled recordings and the entire series out of my library and re-added the scheduled recording but it is still saving the file twice. I was unsure if I would lose all my scheduled recording so I added a second tuner and deleted my quatro, same issue with the duo, and then re-added my quatro and deleted my duo all with deleting the schedule and re-scheduling it.
