PLEX says my server is UNREACHABLE

I have a Synology Nas DS415Play and I have been running Plex off of it for years but in the last week or so I keep getting that my server is UNREACHABLE. I’m getting the error within my network at home as well as my external clients. If I refresh several times I can get the content… play one thing then when get back to the menu it kicks me out again.

I have checked my port settings on my router and used “CanYouSeeMe.org” and my port is open. I am stumped. Help please.
