Server unreachable to web app and PS4, but reachable via [localhost]?

Hi all, having a new issue for the past couple weeks.

My plex server is showing as unreachable when I try to access it from app.plex.tv, but is reachable from [localhost]:32400. I can reach the server from my iOS devices, but my PS4 is unable to find the server.

I’m running on a Synology DiskStation 216+II. Everything was running normally until a couple weeks ago. I have updated the Plex Media Server package twice without resolution. I’ve logged out of both the server and the web app and logged back in without resolution. PS4 can see the media files on the NAS through DLNA.

Any recommendations / thoughts for next steps? What other troubleshooting info would help?

Issue seems to have resolved with permitting connections that are not secure–couldn’t be done server side, but had to be allowed within the settings of the web app and the settings on the PS4. I’m going to see if I can get things working with secure connections (functions fine to a friend’s secure server that is not on my network), but my immediate issue is resolved for now.
