When using https://app.plex.tv during a plex scan “PLEX MEDIA SERVER CPU” drops to 0, meaning the GREEN LINE goes from solid green to having missing gaps in the line
when this happens clients get kicked off.
I have noticed this happens about 100+ times a day, and only seems to happen when PLEX SCANNER runs after a show is downloaded and then plex picks it up.
I have tried different network settings, all the way down to separating ip address for plex and sonarr to changing network settings to reduce latency for plex/gaming. saying plex/gaming because an easy google search for optimize network settings for gaming will list all the things done.
also went so far as to change power plan settings to High Performance, remove power saving from lan connection settings, and even CPU Core Parking
