Many of my artist show no artist photo and a blank one is selected even though it’s there.If I select the artist cover it replaces all the blank albums with the face as well
If you’re using anything other than the Plex Music scanner, and Plex Music agent as in my screenshot above, your mileage may vary, and I highly recommend moving to the newer scanner/agent as the other options remain for legacy reasons only and are not really officially supported (or receiving updates/maintenance).
Rather than troubleshooting the artwork issue, it’s probably a better idea to take a look into what was going wrong with the scanner so that you can be up to date and using a supported environment. Have you opened a forum thread for that?
