PLEX Scheduled Tasks seem stuck (trying to force Sonic Analysis)

I have scheduled tasks set to run at 1800 local at the moment. I am trying to get it to do the sonic analysis. It appears that it never gets that far and repeatedly tries to fix tags on photos even though I have turned this off. I don’t know what is hanging the tasks up. My computer ran at 80% CPU load for 12 hours two days in a row until I rebooted the entire computer/server. I have attached the logs in the hopes that someone can help.
