The poster pulls correctly. The show name is incorrectly Mul’terny. Episode names aren’t pulled. The images for each episode are from a different show.

Check the file name extension if you have MP4/m4v. If you do, use a metadata editor app to check embedded metadata for correctness.
Do you have “automatic” or “periodic” library updates activated? If you do, disable them. Then perform the Plex dance with the affected series.

Also - the show only aired a few days ago so the plex metadata mother-ship may not have got all the updates yet.
